Testconsult's New Zealand agency, Groundline Limited, has just opened an office in Bendigo, Victoria. Groundline PTY operates throughout Australia and has just completed foundation testing contracts in Perth and Adelaide.

Groundline Limited was founded in Wellington, New Zealand in 2004, to introduce specialist testing and investigation services to the civil engineering and power industries in the region. Following trails in 2004, an extensive programme of tower leg foundation assessment has begun to check the condition and properties of older structures - Groundline is now at the forefront of this work.

Groundline is also our main distruibutor for Testconsult NDT equipment in New Zealand and Australia. The Managing Director of Groundine, Ian Flatley has many years experience in the power sector and of foundation assessment techniques. With this background he is able to provide a comprehensive testing service or technical sales support and advice to those who wish to purchase equipment and carry out their own testing work........

Current projects Groundline are involved with include timber pole assessment and development of tower leg and lighting column corrosion assessment programes in the region.
