Testconsult Expands in the South East - November 2011
Testconsult in Harlow has increased its capacity to meet an increasing demand for its services in the South East. It has relocated to larger laboratory premises in Harlow, enabling Testconsult to expand the range of services offered in the region.
Mark Collyer, Harlow Laboratory manager, says “Our constant aim is to provide exceptional customer service. A recent customer feedback survey consistently scored us on average 8 out of 10 or higher for speed of response, performance on site, quality of work and value for money, with 100% indicating they would recommend us to others. This is perhaps why, in times of economic difficulties elsewhere, we are able to expand".
