Mary White - Managing Director

Mary White, BE MBA CEng FIEI, has 30 years experience in the delivery of civil engineering projects in both the public and private sector. She joined Testconsult Ireland in October 2007 and was appointed Managing Director on 1 st January, 2008.

Mary is a Fellow of Engineers Ireland, a past Chairman of Engineers Ireland (South East region) and a former member of the Forum for the Construction Industry.

Michael Robinson - Laboratory Manager

Michael joined Testconsult Ireland when it was stated up in 2003. He has been involved since the beginning in developing our services, and is responsible for the day to day running of the site and laboratory operations. Michael has been involved with running laboratories on many large civils contracts, including Dublin Airport 2nd Runway and the River Lee Crossing in Cork.

Dr Thomas Callanan - Manager of Structures Division

Tom Callanan, B.E. PhD M.IEI, has nine years experience working on varied structural projects including four years of research into the effects of chloride-induced deterioration of concrete highway structures and investigation into the effects of cementitious replacement materials on the deterioration rates caused by chloride ingress. 

Prior to joining Testconsult, Thomas has carried out many investigations into the causes, effects and severity of structural deterioration on bridges in-service in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and in England and since joining has continued to be involved with inspection and testing of structures both at the construction stage and in-service.

Tom Fox - Structural and Foundation Testing Engineer

Tom joined Testconsult Ireland in 2003 and is responsible structural testing and foundation inspections. He has been involved with expanding the range of service offered, which now include vibration and noise monitoring and in-situ proof load testing.
